Cape Coast connects by shared minibus to Accra, Kumasi and Busua. In town, a tricycle provided by the program covers your day-to-day errands and the short hops between the hospitals and home.
You stay in an apartment on the grounds of the GF Brafoyaw Medical Center — a shared living room, kitchen and dining area, seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, within reach of the hospitals and the town. You land knowing exactly where you're going, with the team there to meet you off the airport transfer from Accra.
Accommodation is €100 per person per week. Living costs on the coast are low, and there are no organization fees.
